While Shogun Rua has a record of 18-4-0, born November 25, 1981 is a Brazilian mixed martial artist currently fighting in the Ultimate Fighting Championship in the Light Heavyweight division. Rua is the winner of the PRIDE Fighting Championship's 2005 Middleweight (205 lb) Grand Prix and holds notable wins over Chuck Liddell, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Alistair Overeem (on two occasions), Ricardo Arona and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.
